Esaholic AI Technologies ("Esaholic", "we", "us") acts as the data controller for personal data collected through Esaholic.com under the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We collect contact information (name, work email, phone number, company name) submitted voluntarily through audit request forms or contact email links. Technical log data (IP address, user agent, requested pages) is collected automatically for server security and performance diagnostics.
3. How We Use Data
We use collected data solely to respond to audit requests, fulfill contractual software engineering services, manage career applications, and secure our network infrastructure. We do not sell or monetize personal data.
