2. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code examples, research reports, and architectural specifications published on Esaholic.com are the exclusive property of Esaholic AI Technologies, protected under UK and international copyright laws.
3. Professional Services
Technical audits, feasibility assessments, and software engineering services are executed under separate formal Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Esaholic and the client organization.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
