Terms of Service

These terms describe how Esaholic provides services. Project specifics are agreed in a written scope before work starts, and that scope takes precedence for that project where it differs.

Services and scope

Esaholic provides AI development, software development, automation, support, and website services as described on the services pages. After discovery, Esaholic provides a fixed scope and price for the first phase. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Code and content ownership

Code built for a client, and client content, belong to the client as agreed in the project scope, subject to payment for the agreed work. Esaholic may reuse general techniques and non confidential know how, but not client confidential data or content.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, data access agreed in scope, and timely feedback and approvals. Delays in feedback or access may affect timelines.

Support

Support after launch is provided under an agreed support plan, where applicable, with response times and coverage set out in that plan. This website does not promise a specific response time unless a plan says so.

Liability limits

Esaholic provides services with reasonable care, but does not guarantee specific business results, rankings, revenue, or conversions. Liability for a project is limited as agreed in the project scope and by applicable law.
